Reservation & Deposit Policy
We are a small, family-based hobby breeder dedicated to raising healthy, well-tempered English and American Labrador Retrievers. As part of our breeding program, Two Arrows Kennel reserves the right to the first pick of any litter to continue improving our bloodlines and maintaining the quality of our Labs.
Two Arrows Kennel also reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding whether a Two Arrows puppy will be made available to any individual or family, for any reason and at any time. We take great care to ensure each puppy is placed in a home that is the best possible fit.
We further reserve the right to refund your deposit and cancel any sale at our discretion if we feel it is in the best interest of the puppy or our breeding program.

Bringing home a Labrador Retriever from Two Arrows Kennel starts with a simple step — reserving your spot on our list. Because our puppies are in high demand, we use a deposit system to ensure every family gets a fair opportunity to welcome a healthy, happy pup into their home.
Reservation & Deposit Policy
We collect a $200 non-refundable deposit after the puppies are born to reserve your place in the picking order. Once deposits are requested, they must be received by the stated deadline to hold your spot.
Because puppies will already be here when deposits are collected, families will have a clear picture of the litter. While we do our best to honor color and gender preferences, availability is based on litter makeup and selection order, and specific colors or genders cannot be guaranteed. Our focus is always on helping each family find the puppy that’s the best fit for their home, lifestyle, and expectations.
If you choose to wait for a future litter, your deposit may be applied to that next litter. If a puppy is not selected by the conclusion of the following litter, the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits may be made in cash, via Apple Pay, or through Venmo. The remaining balance is due at pickup when you bring your puppy home.

At Two Arrows Kennel, puppy selection takes place on go-home day. Waiting until this point allows us to fully observe each puppy’s personality and helps us guide families toward the best possible match.
Selections are done individually and in the order of reservations. This ensures each family has dedicated time and attention during their pick. As go-home day approaches, we will reach out to schedule your specific date and time for selection.
During your appointment, we’ll discuss temperament, energy level, and overall fit to help place each puppy in the home where they will thrive. While preferences are welcome, our priority is always creating the best match for both the puppy and the family.

Pricing
At Two Arrows Kennel, we believe every family deserves a healthy, well-socialized Labrador Retriever at a fair and transparent price. Our puppies are priced by color. Each puppy is raised with care, love, and early socialization to ensure they’re ready to thrive in their new homes. We’ll schedule pickup dates once the puppies are 8 weeks old and cleared by our veterinarian for adoption.

- Our continued support and guidance as your puppy grows
We welcome families to meet their puppies in person at pickup — it’s one of our favorite moments to share!
